My work has spanned new product development, legacy modernization, workflow automation, payments, third-party integrations, internal tooling, real-time functionality, and technical R&D.
Much of that experience comes from long-term work on Sengii Connect, a commercial community and collaboration platform, where I contributed across both modern and legacy parts of the application stack.
Advertising & Analytics
Sponsored Content Platform
Designed and implemented an advertising subsystem for community websites, covering both administrative workflows and runtime delivery.
The system included campaign and advertisement management, eligibility and selection rules, clustered placement strategies, rendering, impression and click tracking, metrics, reporting, and snapshot generation.
The feature crossed controllers, services, models, persistence, Razor views, client-side behavior, and styling, making it one of the broader end-to-end systems I have implemented within the platform.

Payment Platform
Designed and implemented payment and e-commerce functionality integrated into the existing Sengii platform.
The work included Stripe integration, guest purchasing, member and nonmember pricing, coupon handling, receipts, transaction history, product support, pricing calculations, database schema changes, and administrative tooling.
The system evolved through repeated business-rule, database, administrative, and user-interface changes as payment functionality expanded across the platform.

GStitch
Built a greenfield collaboration application using ASP.NET Core and React, with DynamoDB for persistence and integrations with Google Workspace services.
The application included a separate gmeeting component with token handoff between applications, requiring coordination across authentication, routing, API communication, and client-side state.
Unlike much of my long-term work on established systems, GStitch was built from the ground up and involved making architectural and technology choices for a new application.

Kanban & Task Systems
Developed significant enhancements to an enterprise Kanban and task-management system used for ongoing organizational workflows.
Work included task assignment, recurring work, automated due-soon and overdue notifications, assignment notifications, polling services, workflow rules, controller enhancements, and task-focused email templates.
Calendar functionality was integrated into these workflows through Google Calendar services and recurring-event support, along with improvements to ICS generation and calendar export.

Applied AI & R&D
AI Content & Evaluation Pipeline
Designed and implemented experimental AI-powered content workflows for community websites, with an emphasis on testing models and processing strategies rather than treating a single provider as a fixed dependency.
The work included evaluating multiple LLMs, comparing local and cloud inference, building modular prompt pipelines, ingesting news content, experimenting with multi-stage prompting, routing between inference providers, and building batch-testing harnesses for evaluation.
I also created standalone console tooling for rapid AI experimentation and reusable service components integrating Azure OpenAI, Azure Text Analytics, and application-specific AI abstractions.

Integrations & Infrastructure
External Services & Technical Feasibility
Implemented, maintained, or evaluated integrations across a wide range of external platforms and infrastructure services.
Examples include Google Calendar and Workspace APIs, Amazon SES, DKIM processing, Zapier, Stripe, AWS S3, Zoom, HubSpot, YouTube, and Azure AI services.
Some of this work involved production integrations; other efforts were feasibility investigations or prototypes, including mail-platform migration work where testing ultimately showed that the proposed approach was not suitable and development was stopped.

Real-Time & Internal Tooling
Production Support Systems
Built real-time browser functionality using SignalR, including network-connected printing workflows, along with reporting, analytics, administrative tools, and internal support utilities.
My broader platform work has also included production troubleshooting, database design, deployment support, accessibility remediation, legacy modernization, and ongoing feature evolution across mixed ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core, WebForms, React, and JavaScript codebases.
